Andrew (he/him) is an ambassador for get2gether, hosting and facilitating events for adults with disabilities.

Andrew’s creative flair and brilliant interpersonal skills have enabled him to run fantastic events such as Line Drawing classes, Guess That Sound and Hobby Corner.

Andrew is committed to providing support for adults facing social isolation.

His lived experience of physical disabilities and bipolar disorder have given him unique perspective and insight into the challenges people with disabilities in Scotland face.

Andrew has bravely tackled his fears of transport and large crowds and now looks forward to opportunities that involve travelling and public speaking.

He recently won the Scottish Commission for Learning Disability (SCLD) Employee Recognition Award to honour all the hard work he has done for the community.
