Playful Enlivening of your Sensual Subtle Bodies
It has been my experience that joy and deeper pleasures of eroticism, sensuality, and sex come less from the gross physical body but more from the subtle bodies made of forces that sustain life. There is also this feeling of being grounded that lovers feel in us when we’ve cultivated and are in touch with our subtle bodies. A feeling of safety, shine and solidity which attracts others into our field. In this workshop I will talk about these subtle bodies I’ve mapped within myself and with others. I will teach you a few practices you could experiment with to enliven your subtle bodies. Once enlivened you can then be free for playful sensuality with others. The beauty of working with subtle bodies is that they go beyond the physical body. Thus we can start to play with our differing physical forms, abilities and configurations. We can play with what’s possible when we go beyond the boundaries and limitation of the physical.
The workshop would be a combination of talk, Q&A, and some exercises.
