I work for a National Charity in the UK, the Spinal Injuries Association as a Support Network Coordinator. My job is to help people who sustain any level of Spinal Injury adjust to a new life. This includes discussing and sharing my experiences of the more intermate side of disability. After breaking my back in a freak Motorbike accident 17 years ago I lost control of my body from the chest down. Once I had mastered my SCI, I was able to build my confidence which has guided me through many relationships and encounters not letting my disability hold me back.
